c. Piperazine Fluphenazine Little sedation or hypotension, High rate of EPSE

2. Butyrophenones Haloperidol Little sedation or hypotension , high rate of EPSE

3. Thioxanthenes Thiothixine Same as Haloperidol

4. Dibenzoxazepine Loxapine Moderate EPSE (Loxapine)

Clozapine Moderate to high sedation

Mod to high anticholinergic effects

Agranulocytosis

5. Dihydroindolone Molindone No weight gain, no change in seizure threshold
