The Office of Curriculum (OC) was established in 2002 to support the Howard University College of Medicine Curriculum Committee and it’s Chairperson in the continuous improvement and cataloging of the Medical Curriculum. The OC staff works directly with Block and Course Unit Coordinators to provide fundamental services including Course Syllabi, Course Exams and Evaluation coordination.

The OC takes the lead in various Extraordinary and Exemplary initiatives to serve the College of Medicine Deans, Department Chairpersons, Faculty, Staff and Students. The OC maintains and archives all Class Schedules, Student Examination booklets and Evaluation results. The mission of the Office of Curriculum personnel is to assist in the development of a quality medical curriculum emphasizing integration, innovation and technical support.
